franchise fee for qualified, prospective franchisees.
Beginning January 2012, qualified prospective franchisees have the option to finance half of the $40,000 franchise fee. As another advantage to new franchisees,
TeamLogic IT will not require payment on the borrowed amount for the first 12 months. After one year, the balance will accrue at a very low 3 percent interest rate over the next 48 months.
Nearly a year after President Obama’s Small Business Jobs Act added $30 billion to the small business lending fund, a recent survey of International Franchise Association (IFA) members showed that almost half of the respondents identified “financing/access to credit” as the number one issue of concern to
franchise business leaders.
“The tight U.S credit market has made it difficult for potential entrepreneurs to raise the funds they need to open a business,” said Chuck Lennon, president of
TeamLogic IT. “Our new financing option addresses this issue, allowing us to help entrepreneurs fulfill their dreams of
owning their own franchise.”
