MISSION VIEJO, Calif. (September 2011) –
TeamLogic IT, a national provider of comprehensive computer-based services for managing information technology (IT) for today’s small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), presented business achievement awards to outstanding franchisees at the company’s annual Owners Summit held August 25-27, 2011 at the Laguna Cliffs Resort and Spa in Dana Point, Calif.

Notable awards presented during the Owner’s Summit include:
Franchisee of the Year award was presented to Roger Noakes and Mark Jones of South Setauket, N.Y. for outstanding leadership in the
franchise system, while believing, promoting and supporting the franchise concept.
Top Volume award was presented to Keith and Taco Cowan of Mission Viejo, Calif. for reporting the highest sales volume for 2010.
VIP (Volume Increase Percentage) award was presented to Jim Hackett and Bob Calla of Woburn and Andover, Mass. for successfully increasing their
TeamLogic IT business’ sales volume in 2010.
Sales Achievement award was presented to Frank Jones of Rockwall, Texas for achieving the highest sales volume during his first year as a
TeamLogic IT franchisee.

The three-day Owners Summit allowed franchisees and their key managers to learn and share information to help them market and grow their local businesses. Highlights included presentations by Bob O’Malley, CEO of InFocus® Corporation; Dave Sobel, industry expert on cloud services; Melissa Gray Hockenberry, customer experience director of Autotask; Jeffrey Hayzlett, author and renowned marketing expert; and a vendor luncheon where attendees visited with more than 20 key partner companies including Autotask, Artisan Infrastructure, Axcient, Network Box, and Reflexion among others.
