Direct Mail Franchise Announces New Owner for Valpak® of Minneapolis/St. Paul Franchise

(LARGO, FL – July 2, 2009) – Valpak®, one of North America’s leading direct marketing franchise organizations, announces Rand Gottlieb has acquired a Valpak franchise in Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Gottlieb promptly procured the first of the seven company-run Valpak operations, which the company announced in April it would refranchise over the next two years in an effort to streamline its operations and refocus its core business.

Previously, Gottlieb was founder of CarteMedia, and vice president of business operations for the Minnesota Vikings Football Club. He also has extensive experience in radio, as vice president and general manager of WCCO and WLTE in Minneapolis, and as president and general manager of WBBF and WMJQ in Rochester, NY, and received many awards during his tenure.
