We also offer turn-key stores, and can take your store through the entire planning and construction process and hand you the keys prior to opening. What began as a small Petoskey, MI bakery in 1947 is now a nationwide business with 81 franchises in 15 states. We are growing east of the Mississippi with a current focus on the eastern seaboard.

It will cost between $ 307,897-$496,236(all inclusive) to open a Kilwin's store, depending on the size, location and time of year you open. Included in this price range is our franchise fee of $40,000. Our royalty fee is 5% per month and our National Marketing Fund fee is 1%.

Kilwin's offers single store, multiple store, or will enter into an exclusive territorial or area development agreement.
