The Amazing Athletes’ program is designed around the child having a complete experience: Gross motor skills, two ball sports, muscle tone, physical fitness and various activities which enhance hand eye coordination and brain development are compiled into one action packed 35 minute class, making it a fun and positive learning experience. Our ball sports class offers the child a variety of sports namely soccer, hockey, football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, golf and lacrosse. Amazing Athletes is based on a building block system starting with the basic fundamentals of each sport and working toward well-developed skills and games. Each sport is carefully broken down so the child understands all the basic elements. This is what makes the Amazing Athletes Program unique from all other extramural activities.

In 2001 the Henderson family pondered an idea of introducing a developmental sports program in preschools. In 2002, the Amazing Athletes program was launched. Business boomed as parents enrolled their enthusiastic children into this exciting, developmental program. Developed by chiropractor Dr. Janee Henderson and sports coach husband, Glen Henderson, the program provides an action-packed 50 week curriculum concentrating on children's physical fitness, muscle development, fine and gross motor skills and hand eye coordination, while incorporating numerous different ball sports.
